For account and access questions, contact the operator using the business contact supplied for Nuvquerio.
Email the operatorNever send an activation code, password, vault passphrase, recovery code or private key to support.
Account access
If an activation code fails, first confirm that the email address is correct and that the code has not already been redeemed or revoked. After ten invalid attempts for one email address, the activation flow locks and an administrator must review the account. Do not send the code in a support request.
- Share the account email only when necessary
- Include the approximate time and a non-sensitive description of the error
- Do not attach browser cookies, screenshots containing secrets or full logs
Vault access
The vault passphrase is not recoverable by the service. If you cannot decrypt a saved item, verify the exact passphrase and try the device and browser where it was created. Do not send the passphrase or encrypted export to support; the service cannot decrypt it on your behalf.
- Use a secure password manager for the vault passphrase
- Keep an offline recovery plan for critical information
- If a device may be compromised, rotate affected credentials at their destination
Security reports
For a suspected vulnerability, share a concise, non-destructive reproduction and affected route. Do not access other users' data, disrupt the service, retain personal data or publish exploit details before coordinating a fix. A formal response time and dedicated security contact are not yet confirmed and must be set before production launch.
- Use the company PEC shown on the supplied record for now
- Do not include private keys, passwords or live activation codes
- If user data may be exposed, report the facts promptly and preserve evidence lawfully
Account password and activation
You set an account password when redeeming your activation code. Later sign-ins use that email and password. If you lose it, do not send it to support; use your password manager or contact the operator through the verified support channel for the account-recovery process. The current product does not yet provide an automated email reset flow.
- Activation code is consumed once
- Repeated failed activation attempts lock the email flow
- Never send a one-time code to someone claiming to be support
Vault passphrase is different
The vault passphrase decrypts saved items locally and cannot be reset by support. If you forget it, the service cannot recover the original plaintext from the stored ciphertext. Keep this passphrase separate from your account password and maintain an independent copy where appropriate.
- Try a test item before relying on the vault
- Do not store the only copy of the vault passphrase inside that vault
- A support agent should never request it
A useful support request
Describe the page, approximate time, device/browser and what you expected to happen. Include the exact non-sensitive error wording. Before sending a screenshot, make sure it contains no password, activation code, private key, recovery code, email inbox or session information. Support hours and response times are not yet published.
- Remove secrets and personal details from attachments
- Do not attach browser storage or diagnostic bundles without review
- Contact details should be verified before the public launch
If you suspect a secret was exposed
Change or revoke the value in the service that accepts it; creating a replacement in Nuvquerio does not invalidate the old credential. If an account password was exposed, change it and review active sessions. If a device is compromised, use a different trusted device to rotate critical credentials.
- Revoke API tokens at their provider
- Replace recovery material using the destination's process
- Escalate suspected account compromise promptly
Security is a workflow, not a label.
